Xian Sushi and Noodle: A Delightful Fusion of Sushi and Noodles in Austin

Everything was pretty good. We got the * pork buns( the meat to bun ratio leaves you wanting more of the pork belly, but overall flavor was well balanced) * California Roll * Dragon Roll * Chicken Fried Rice * Shoyu Ramen( the noodles and broth are PERFECTION and a MUST try) * Dan Dan noodles( perfectly savory and spicy with noodles that were absolutely delicious). Overall, great food. Service could have been slightly better, but for a busy Saturday night, it wasn't bad at all.

Holy moly, what a wonderful find this was! After a long travel day, this gem was exactly what we needed! The bento box was an incredible value at $16 for an insane amount of food! Miso soup, house ginger salad, spicy tuna roll, fried dumplings, and spring rolls. And, all you can eat lunch for $25 is awesome! Definitely recommend for all of your Asian food cravings; I hope to return to ATX soon and come back here!

Absolutely delicious food! Excellent & fast service! Rolls were fresh and tasted amazing! Tea was crisp and refreshing! Green bean appetizer was my favorite! Shrimp tempura was super crunchy and seaweed salad was perfect! Will definitely be back to taste more of the menu! So Yummy! Salmon skin roll was my fav!

Shoutout to Kevin, the manager, for the great recommendation! The Dan Dan noodles were absolutely delicious—super flavorful, filling, and I finished the plate way quicker than I expected. The vibe at Xian Sushi and Noodles is always great, and the staff makes you feel right at home. Also, big thanks for the bottle of wine hookup! Definitely coming back for more.

Xian Sushi and Noodle was such a great find. We went for dinner and were genuinely impressed by both the food and the service. We started with a mix of small plates and dumplings. The bok choy was a classic done perfectly, and the shumai were juicy and full of flavor. The garlic pickled cucumber was crisp and refreshing, and the soup dumplings were especially memorable — incredibly flavorful, with wrappers that clearly tasted handmade. The spicy shredded potato was tasty, though cut more like fries than the traditional style. The spicy lobster dumplings were very rich, but still well executed. The char siu bao had a soft, delicious bun; I just wished there was a bit more pork inside. For mains, the tonkotsu ramen was outstanding. The broth was phenomenal, deeply rich and comforting. We chose the thick spaghetti-style noodles, which were good, but next time we’ll try a thinner noodle to better balance the broth. The nigiri plate was excellent — everything tasted fresh and clean. Drinks included Tsingtao and an Asahi NA, both solid choices. Service really stood out. The staff was attentive, friendly, and the food came out incredibly fast. Everything arrived hot and well prepared. The atmosphere was relaxed and lowkey, with TVs on so you can watch football without it feeling like a sports bar. We’re already planning our next visit: tonkatsu ramen with thinner noodles, dandan noodles with triangle noodles, another nigiri plate, and the tempura fried cheesecake. They also offer all-you-can-eat from 11:30–2:30 for $25, which is an amazing deal. Highly recommend — great food, great service, and a comfortable spot to come back to again and again.

Xian Sushi & Noodle has something delicious for all age groups in your family! My one year old loves the combination fried rice, my 12 year old loves the spider sushi & my husband loves the chicken lomein noodles & veggies! Noodles are made from scratch. The vibe is on point & the last couple of visits, they've had the football games on the big screen.

This is my go to place for sushi or noodles, I typically order the combination fried rice or lo-mein and it is so good! I introduced my niece and nephew to sushi here and they now love it as well, this is one of our favorite places to go together. They have a semi open kitchen where you can see the noodle chef pulling the noodles and it’s cool for the kids. They have a good kid menu also. They’re always prompt with seating, the staff is nice, and food is great! I’ve also been to the other location in the Domain and had a similar experience!
